08.13.09 - 3.33am

Well, I've successfully found a place to sleep for the day, but unfortunately my savings are pretty much used up, and that means I'll be spending some time in the sunlight tomorrow. Normally I'd just play outside a few bars or something to get some locals' spare cash, but this place only has one bar and I'm pretty sure nobody can afford to throw money around. Town population is 287, and I haven't seen anything but houses, the bar, and a taxidermy shop, with the exception of the motel I'm staying in, which is ridiculously small and smells of cheese. It doesn't even have internet - I hacked into a local's wireless network and it is so SLOW!

I have no one to blame but myself, but I'll be trying to make it to the city as soon as possible, so I can make money without anyone asking too many questions. Until then I'll have to play my violin at a truckstop somewhere to make enough money for tomorrow night. I already nicked a pair of sunglasses from the convenience store (forgetful me, that's in town also) so maybe the headache won't be too bad. I doubt I can sleep with the sun down, but I must try if I'm going to play anything decent tomorrow.
